Yes, indeed. We cherish our four-legged friends and have carved out special corners just for them: pet-friendly sites and villas, where tails wag beneath the sun. Elsewhere, we protect quiet spaces so every guest finds their perfect peace. All pets must be listed at time of booking. If you are unable to add your pet, unfortunately all of our pet-friendly accommodation has already been booked.
Absolutely. With over 240 acres to roam, including 5km of trails and 2km along the shimmering Murray, your pedals will carry you through stories written in wind and light. We do, however, have strict rules regarding E-bikes and E-scooters and enforce a 10km/h limit.
Visitors are always welcome to share your river story, whether to say hello or join you at Kokomo. For those who wish to splash in the pool or wander the grounds, a Swim Club Day Pass from reception unlocks the fun. Wristbands in hand, all guests can embrace the magic safely.

At certain seasons, the glow of firelight returns. We supply and install all fire pits with no external fire pits permitted. Fire wood is available at Reception - please let the natural beauty lie untouched by foraging. Gather, share stories, and let the flames warm your night.
We welcome you from 2pm for villas and river retreats, and from noon for powered caravan sites. Goodbyes come too soon - departure is by 10am - but if your heart lingers, ask Reception about late checkout options to stretch the moment a little longer.
Yes, a little treasure trove awaits at Reception - essentials, keepsakes, and local delights to enhance your stay or remind you of your river story. And just nearby, our friends at Tasco Roadhouse stand ready for fuel and any extras you might need.
Bring your boat to our private jetties and ramp, reserved just for you - no queues, no chaos, only the ease of river adventures. We offer a coin-operated wash bay and storage options to keep your gear safe. Several cabins also have parking spaces sized for everything from a small tinnie to a triaxle wake boat. Just let us know your needs when booking.
